Board of Directors

Moab Charter School is carefully governed by an elected board made up of community members and parents. The board meets monthly in a meeting open to the public which is held in the Moab Charter School cafeteria, located at 358 East 300 South typically on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:15 pm (see schedule below). Please call the school at 259-2277 for up-to-date information on meeting times, if you would like to be placed on the agenda for community input, or to attend the meeting.

Board Chair - Jen Patterson (jen@moabcharterschool.org)

Bio- Jen has been an MCS volunteer since her oldest child began in kindergarten in 2009.  Serving first in classrooms, then on the Parent Council, and finally on the Board, she values the character and energy of Moab Charter School.  Jen aims to preserve what’s working, to change what isn’t, and to support the success of the entire MCS community by listening, understanding complex policy issues, and performing good governance. Her motto is as follows: "it’s all of us working together - faculty, staff, administrators, and families - who make MCS a place where children are cherished for their individuality and thrive academically.
